Itinerary

1. Day 1

   Arrival in Nairobi — Giraffe Centre & The Carnivore

   Arrive in Nairobi, meet your guide, and drive to Karen Blixen Museum and Giraffe Centre. Enjoy complimentary dinner at the world-famous Carnivore Restaurant. Overnight at The Boma Hotel.

2. Day 2

   Nairobi to Ol Pejeta Conservancy

   Drive north past the central highlands and Equator to Ol Pejeta. Afternoon game drive in the rhino haven and visit to the Chimpanzee Sanctuary. Dinner and overnight at Serena Sweetwaters Camp.

   Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

3. Day 3

   Ol Pejeta Full Day Safari

   Early morning dawn game drive with perfect photographic light on Mt. Kenya. Midday rest and afternoon game drive exploring the conservancy. Dinner and overnight at Serena Sweetwaters Camp.

4. Day 4

   Ol Pejeta to Samburu Game Reserve

   Drive north to the semi-arid wilderness of Samburu. Arrive at Samburu Intrepids Camp on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River. Afternoon game drive spotting Grevy's zebras, reticulated giraffes, and gerenuks. Dinner and overnight.

5. Day 5

   Samburu Game Reserve Full Day

   Morning and afternoon game drives in Samburu, the easiest park to spot all the Big Five and northern specials in low morning light. Birdwatching from your tent verandah. Dinner and overnight.

6. Day 6

   Samburu to Lake Nakuru National Park

   Depart via Great Rift Valley viewpoint and Thomson's Falls to Lake Nakuru National Park. Afternoon game drive seeking white and black rhinos, Rothschild's giraffes, and waterbirds. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge.

7. Day 7

   Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara (Mara Engai Luxury Lodge)

   Drive to the jewel of Kenya: the Maasai Mara. Check in at the exquisite Mara Engai Lodge perched on the Olololo Escarpment with panoramic views over the plains. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight.

8. Day 8

   Masai Mara Full Day — Dawn Game Drives & Little Five

   Awaken before sunrise for dawn game drive across the golden Mara. Lavish buffet breakfast back at camp, followed by mid-morning search for the 'Little Five'. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Mara Engai Lodge.

9. Day 9

   Masai Mara Full Day & Optional Maasai Village

   Full day game drive across the Serengeti-Mara ecosystem. Visit an authentic Maasai village in the afternoon to learn their ancient customs. Dinner and overnight at Mara Engai Lodge.

10. Day 10

    Masai Mara to Lake Naivasha Crescent Island

    Lake Naivasha to Amboseli National Park

12. Day 12

    Amboseli National Park Full Day

13. Day 13

    Amboseli to Tsavo West National Park
